**sorry, not accepting new clients at this time**

Thank you so much for visiting my site.  Well-Being Massage Therapy of Highlands Ranch provides professional and caring bodywork for women seeking healthy, happy and balanced
live
s.

My quiet and inviting home studio serves as a tranquil setting for your massage.
At Well-Being, you will never feel rushed.  I schedule plenty of time
between sessions so that you
can fully enjoy your experience.  In fact, many of my clients spend a few extra minutes after their session just relaxing on the table
while they transition back to "real world".

If you are looking for a professional and experienced therapist who truly loves her work, please feel free to contact me.
Your body and mind will thank you!

What You Can Expect...

In my practice, I incorporate many different styles of bodywork into a session.  This is typically recognized as Integrative Massage and is simply a combination of different massage techniques, bodywork modalities and stretches.  Each and every massage is tailored to the individual and may consist of several different modalities.  I typically utilize the following techniques and will work with you to determine the most beneficial combination for your body.

Swedish Massage is a vigorous system of treatment designed to energize the body by stimulating circulation.

Deep Tissue Massage affects the sub-layer of musculature and fascia.  It helps with chronic muscular pain and injury rehabilitation and reduces inflammation related pain caused by arthritis and tendinitis.

Neuromuscular/Trigger Point Therapy balances the body's central nervous system with the musculoskeletal system.

Myofascial Release works with the fascial system in order to eliminate fascial restrictions in the body.
